PIPELINE CASING SPACERS & INSULATORS
Pipelines that cross or run parallel to highways and railways should be protected by casing. Steel or non-metallic Casing Spacers electrically and physically separate pipe from the casing.
To isolate pipe from the casing, spacers are required. PSI casing spacer applications are used for pipelines associated with Sewer, Water, Gas and other medium.
PSI spacers/insulators insure:
- Electrical insulation between the carrier pipe and casing pipe.
- Fastened tightly onto carrier pipe.
- Manufactured to provide for a smooth insertion of the carrier into the casing pipe.
- PSI non-metallic spacers are manufactured entirely from high-density polyethylene, NO METAL BOLTS OR ATTACHMENTS and no special tools required.
- PSI non metallic Ranger ll spacers and tough metallic spacers/insulators do not conduct electricity and ensure resistance to chemical corrosion for pipeline protection.
