PSI Non-Metallic CS Wall Sleeves - Steel Wall Sleeves - Cell Cast Wall Sleeves

The exterior of a CS wall sleeve is specifically dimple molded to enhance concrete adherence. Century-Line wall sleeves are not subject to corrosion or dissimilar metal galvanic corrosion. CS wall sleeve models may be used with wall penetrations using DI pipe, Steel pipe, PVC pipe, or Conduit. Century-Line pipe wall sleeves are structurally engineered for the high psi loads of a first lift concrete pour.

Century-Line non-metallic pipe wall sleeves form holes in concrete walls for pipe with ODs up to 550mm (22 Inch OD). When used with Link Seal modular seals they form an ideal wall penetration assemble.

• The standard wall sleeve is 16 inches long and may be cut on site using ordinary hand tools to a minimum wall thickness of 8 inches. Longer custom sleeves are available for concrete walls more than 16 inches thick.

• PSI HDPE Century Line wall sleeves are 1/8 the weight of steel and have a water stop (puddle flange) engineered into the design to stop water migration around the sleeve.

Cell-Cast Disks wall sleeves are designed to form large diameter holes in poured concrete walls or floors for large OD pipe more than 550mm - 22 inch.Cell cast wall forms come in combinations to create a hole through any wall thickness.
